Holiday Apartment "Le Vele" on Lake Garda

The apartments are part of a small and quiet tourist area, located a few steps from the lake and the beautiful beaches of Toscolano Maderno in a strategic area due to its proximity to supermarkets, Pharmacy, shops, restaurants and pizzerias.

Our holiday home can be reached by car, bus or ferry. You can walk to the port to board the ferry to visit from the lake the most beautiful tourist resorts of Lake Garda (Sirmione, Desenzano, Salò, Limone etc.)

You will be welcomed upon arrival to show you the characteristics of the house and for some suggestions on the surroundings. In summer there are activities and events to make your stay more pleasant. Behind Toscolano Maderno you can explore the beautiful mountains and at just a few kilometers to practice windsurfing and kitesurfing (Gargnano, Limone). Ideal also for those who love cycling holidays.

Check-in is possible from 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm. Check-out is at 10.00 am. 
For different needs, you are kindly requested to make arrangements.
A deposit of Euro 200.00 is required, which will be returned at the end of the stay in the absence of damages.
Extra heating if required.

Three rooms flats (4-5 people)

The three-room apartments of mq. 72 are equipped with independent entrance and parking place (until exhaustion). The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and there is a small porch with table and chairs. A washing machine is available in the bathroom. The apartments are "non-smoking" and have in addition to the kitchen / living room also a small storage room. The two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with a bunk bed) are located on the upper floor and are equipped with air conditioning. Wi-Fi connection available. Satellite TV available in the living room.

Studio flats (2 people)

The studios of mq. 33 have an independent entrance and a parking place (until exhaustion). The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and there is a small porch with table and chairs or a small lodge. A washing machine is available in the bathroom. The apartments are "non-smoking" and have satellite TV and Wi-Fi connection. The studio flat is equipped with air conditioning.

How to book:
In order to confirm the reservation, a pre-payment of 30% of the total amount of the reservation is required by bank transfer.
Accepted means of payment: cash or  bank transfer.

In case you cancel your stay we will apply the following conditions:
- from 30 to 15 days before your arrival: 30% or the total amount of the stay as the deposit you have already paid
- from 14 to 7 before your arrival: 50% of the total amount of the stay
- from 6 to 1 day before your arrival: 100% of the total amount of the stay
